How It Works

Everything you need to know before locking in your grill.

Your deposit funds manufacturing. We build in batches of 120 units per container (40 MOAB + 80 Mini MOAB) — so your grill is built fresh for your batch, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. No overstock. No last-year's inventory. The deposit is what makes that possible and locks your spot in line.
Shipping is batch-based. Once your batch fills, manufacturing begins and a full timeline is shared at that point. You'll get updates at every stage: order confirmed, production started, container shipped, delivery scheduled. We don't give fake dates — we give real ones when we have them.
Contact us within 30 days of your deposit for a full refund. No questions, no runaround. Email smoke-baum@polsia.app and we'll process it. After 30 days or once your batch enters production, deposits are non-refundable — but we'll work with you on alternatives.
Same 50% deposit to lock your batch spot, then monthly payments cover the balance. Starting from $59/mo for a Mini MOAB over 36 months. At the end of your contract, pay $1 and own it outright — or trade it in for the latest model.
